Ruling on selling and keeping Islamic magazines that contain images

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on selling Islamic magazines that contain images?
Regarding Islamic magazines that contain images, it is part of perfect faith that a person does not make his entire magazine images. There are well-known magazines that are magazines of images, fashion magazines; it is not permissible to sell, buy, or keep these. And there are magazines where the intent is the news and words in them, but there is, for example, a picture of the speaker, or a picture of the writer, or a picture of a scene. These are not forbidden. But is it permissible to keep them, or must one cover the face of everyone? It appears that it is not obligatory to cover the face of everyone; because it is not intended. And the person who buys, for example, a newspaper from the newspapers, he does not want the image at all. So there is a difference between magazines or newspapers prepared for photography, and magazines prepared for other than photography. But they contain images: The first type: it is forbidden to sell, buy, or keep them.

The second: That is not forbidden.
