The ruling on the imam if he is late for the prayer and arrives at the mosque to find that they have already prayed

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
There is one of the imams who came to the mosque and was late for them, so they prayed. When he arrived, he found that they had completed the prayer. Do they pray with him, or what?
They are not required to repeat the prayer, because they prayed a valid prayer. However, if they prayed before the time for the iqamah had arrived, then we might say: that they are obligated to repeat it; because they transgressed the command of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), where he said: (A man should not lead another man in prayer in his domain) But as long as the time has passed and he was late for them, their prayer is valid; but in the future, if the imam is late, it is recommended that he be consulted,He is taken to his house and it is said: and they should come to his house, just as the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) used to come to the house of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when he was late,And they said: saying, "The prayer, O Messenger of Allah," and then he would come out and pray.
As for them praying if he is late by five minutes or ten minutes, this leads to disorder, and the regular imam has a right to his leadership in this mosque.
