Permissibility of establishing a prayer area in a health center when a mosque is nearby

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I work in a health center, and we pray inside the center, knowing that the mosque is close to us. Is there any sin on us for doing so?
By Allah! It is better for you to remain in the center; because a person might come unexpectedly and find no one, so there is no blame on you for praying in your place, especially since some scholars, as is well known in the madhhab of Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him), hold that praying in the mosque is better but not obligatory. However, I see that it is obligatory to pray in the mosque, except for those whose duties come unexpectedly, such as doctors and nurses, as well as civil defense and the like; if they pray in their place, there is no blame on them.

The questioner: O Shaykh! I am the manager of the center. If I pray outside, is there any sin on me?The Shaykh: If you went out, that would be a problem; because they might go out and not return.
