We work in the health sector and pray inside the center, and the mosque is near us. Is there any sin on us?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence, I work in a health center and we pray inside the center, O Shaykh. For your information, the mosque is near us. Is there any sin on us for that? The doctor and the technical staff with us, we are all together.

The Shaykh : By Allah, it appears that staying in the center is better, because a person might come unexpectedly and find no one. So there is no blame on you for praying in your place, especially since some scholars, as is well known from the madhhab of Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him), hold that praying in the mosque is better but not obligatory. However, I see that it is obligatory in the mosque, except for those whose duties come unexpectedly, such as doctors and nurses, as well as civil defense and the like. If they pray in their place, there is no blame on them.

The questioner : But I, O Shaykh, I am the manager of the center. If I pray outside, is there any sin on me?

The Shaykh : If you go out, it is a problem. They might go out and not come back. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. What are the months of Hajj?
