The detailed discussion of the issue of the one who does not recite al-Fatihah behind the imam

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Honorable Shaykh! If the ma'mum does not recite al-Fatihah behind the imam in the last two rak'ahs of the Zuhr or 'Isha' prayer, is there any ruling regarding that?
As for those who hold that the ma'mum is not required to recite, he owes nothing. As for those who hold that it is obligatory for the ma'mum to recite al-Fatihah, the principles of jurisprudence dictate that he must perform two rak'ahs in place of the two rak'ahs in which he left off the recitation. If he did so intentionally, knowing that the recitation is a pillar that is necessary, his prayer is invalid. And if the ma'mum knows that his imam is quick in his recitation, he should also be quick.
And with this, this session ends, and until next week, if Allah wills.
We ask Allah to conclude our year and yours with good, blessing, forgiveness, and pardon.
