Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (Say, “Do you inform Allah of your religion?

Allah the Exalted said:
Say, "Would you acquaint Allah with your religion while Allah knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and Allah is Knowing of all things?"
[Surah al-Hujurat: 16] :-This is a refutation of the statement of those who said: We have believed,Meaning: Do you inform Allah the Exalted that you have believed, while He is All-Aware of everything? And (informing Allah) means: you are telling Allah, and it is not intended that you are removing His ignorance of your state; for He, Mighty and Majestic, knows their state, and He knows whether they are believers or not, but (informing) here means telling,And it does not mean: removing ignorance from Allah the Exalted; for Allah is not ignorant of their state, rather He is All-Knowing.
Would you acquaint Allah with your religionأَتُعَلِّمُونَ اللَّهَ بِدِينِكُمْ
[Al-Hujurat 49:16]
Meaning: when you said: We have believed.
while Allah knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earthوَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ
[Al-Hujurat 49:16]
Meaning: and from it -Meaning: from what is in the heavens and the earth - your state, whether you are believers or not.
And in this verse is an indication that vocalizing the intention in acts of worship is denounced;Because the person who says: I intend to pray, informing Allah the Glorified and Exalted of what he intends to do, and Allah knows,And the one who says: I intend to fast likewise,And the one who says: I intended to give charity likewise,And the one who says: I intended to perform Hajj likewise, and likewise, vocalizing the intention is not recommended in all acts of worship, not in Hajj, nor in charity, nor in fasting, nor in ablution, nor in prayer, nor in anything else. Why? Because the place of intention is the heart, and Allah is All-Aware of that, so there is no need to inform Allah of it.
while Allah knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and Allah is Knowing of all things?"وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
[Al-Hujurat 49:16]
.
(What is in the heavens) is general, (and what is in the earth is general) Allah knows everything, and we have previously discussed this great attribute of Allah, which is among the broadest of His attributes, Exalted and Majestic is He, many times.
And Allah is Knowing of all things.وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
[Al-Baqarah 2:282]
Of everything: hidden or manifest, general or specific, He is All-Aware of it, Exalted and Majestic is He.
