Ruling on a woman stipulating in the marriage contract that her husband not marry another woman

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Is it permissible for a woman to stipulate in the marriage contract that her husband not marry another woman?
Yes, it is permissible for a woman to stipulate in the marriage contract that her husband not marry another woman; because there is no harm in that condition for anyone, and it is beneficial for her. As for its benefit to her, that is apparent. And as for the fact that there is no harm in it for anyone, that is because the man does not have a wife. For this reason, if she stipulated that he divorce the wife he has with him, then that condition is forbidden and invalid.
