Is it permissible for a woman, when concluding the marriage contract, to stipulate that her husband not marry another woman?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : I have two questions, Your Eminence. The Shaykh : The first: Is it permissible for a woman to stipulate in the contract that her husband not marry another woman?

The Shaykh : Yes, it is permissible for a woman to stipulate in the contract that her husband not marry another woman, because there is no harm to anyone in that condition, and it is beneficial for her. Her benefit is apparent, and the fact that there is no harm to anyone is because the man does not have a wife. Therefore, if she stipulated that he divorce the wife he has with him, that condition is forbidden and invalid.
