Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And as for he who is among the companions of the right)

Allah the Exalted said:

And if he was of the companions of the right,

وَأَمَّا إِنْ كَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْيَمِينِ

[Al-Waqi'ah: 90] They are those who fulfilled the obligatory duties and abandoned the forbidden, but they have a deficiency in the recommended practices and in abstaining from the disliked:

Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right."

فَسَلامٌ لَكَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْيَمِينِ

[Al-Waqi'ah: 91] (Peace) meaning: peace, (to you) meaning: to you, O dying person, (from the companions of the right) meaning: you are among the companions of the right,And the meaning is: So peace be upon you in the state of being among the companions of the right. Who are the first ones? The near ones, who are the foremost. These companions of the right are neither foremost nor forsaken; rather, they are in between, but they are saved from the punishment.And for this he said:
