Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (And indeed, the warners came to the family of Pharaoh)
The statement is emphasized by the implied oath and the letter lam, and [al-Qamar: 41] meaning: his people, with Pharaoh at their head, as Allah the Exalted informed in other multiple verses that He sent Musa to Pharaoh and his elite.
(The warners came to them) It was said that al-nudhur means al-inذار (warning), which is intimidation,And it was said: It is the plural of nadhir, which is everything by which a servant is warned, and what is meant here are the signs brought by Musa,As Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Isra: 101] And the latter is the correct view: that al-nudhur is the plural of nadhir and does not mean al-inذار (warning),And this is indicated by his saying: (They denied all Our signs) meaning: they denied all the signs indicating the truth of the message of Musa (peace and blessings be upon him and his family),And they said: that Musa is insane, and that he is a sorcerer,Until Pharaoh, out of his arrogance, said: [Al-Shu'ara: 27] .
And when they denied the signs, Allah the Glorious and Exalted took them with the taking of the Mighty and Capable. (Al-'Aziz) meaning: the Prevailing, (Al-Muqtadir) meaning: the Capable, but it is more eloquent than the word qadir (capable) because of the additional letters in it,And as it was said: (Indeed, the increase in structure indicates an increase in meaning) and this is generally the case, not always. And Allah the Exalted mentioned that His taking of them was the taking of the Mighty and Capable;Because Pharaoh was arrogant and used to say: (I am your Lord, the Most High) and he used to mock Musa and the One who sent him, so it was fitting that Allah the Exalted mention that He took them with the taking of the Mighty and Capable, and He is Allah the Mighty and Majestic.
And Allah the Exalted summarized this story in this verse, but He detailed it in many verses, and that their taking was by drowning them in the sea, so Allah the Mighty and Majestic drowned him with what he used to boast about;Because he used to say to his people: [Al-Zukhruf: 51] He confirms this to them,And they will say: Yes [Al-Zukhruf: 51-52] meaning by that Musa, Allah drowned them in the sea when Pharaoh gathered his soldiers and pursued Musa and those who followed him to destroy them, but Allah, by His praise and His might, destroyed him.

And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning.
وَلَقَدْ جَاءَ آلَ فِرْعَوْنَ النُّذُرُ(The warners came to them) It was said that al-nudhur means al-inذار (warning), which is intimidation,And it was said: It is the plural of nadhir, which is everything by which a servant is warned, and what is meant here are the signs brought by Musa,As Allah the Exalted said:
And We had certainly given Moses nine evident signs
