Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (When the earth is shaken with its shaking)

Allah the Exalted said:
(4) When the earth is shaken with convulsion (5) And the mountains are broken down, crumbling (6) And become dust dispersing.إِذَا رُجَّتِ الْأَرْضُ رَجّاً * وَبُسَّتِ الْجِبَالُ بَسّاً * فَكَانَتْ هَبَاءً مُنْبَثّاً
[Al-Waqi'ah: 4-6] (When the earth is shaken) means: it is shaken with a tremendous shaking,And for this he said: (with its shaking) means: with a tremendous shaking. Imagine that you are shaking a vessel containing water; how would the water inside be disturbed? So the earth on the Day of Resurrection will be shaken by the command of Allah (Mighty and Majestic),And this is like His saying, the Exalted:
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquakeإِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ الْأَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَا
[Al-Zalzalah: 1] ,and His saying, the Exalted:
O mankind, fear your Lord. Indeed, the convulsion of the [final] Hour is a terrible thing.يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ إِنَّ زَلْزَلَةَ السَّاعَةِ شَيْءٌ عَظِيمٌ
[Al-Hajj: 1] So (When it is shaken) means: it is moved and shaken (with its shaking) means: with a tremendous shaking, (and the mountains are leveled) they are scattered, brought down, and become a flowing sand dune. For this reason He said: (So they became scattered dust) like the dust we see when the light of the sun reflects in a dark room; you find this dust, sensing it within the sunlight, (scattered) dispersed.
These solid, hard mountains, in which the rocks are larger than camels, or perhaps a single mountain is one single rock, will be scattered dust on the Day of Resurrection by the command of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), so the earth remains without mountains, trees, valleys, or sand, as Allah (Mighty and Majestic) said:
(105) And they ask you about the mountains, so say, "My Lord will blow them away with a blast. (106) And He will leave the earth a level plain;وَيَسْأَلونَكَ عَنِ الْجِبَالِ فَقُلْ يَنْسِفُهَا رَبِّي نَسْفاً * فَيَذَرُهَا قَاعاً صَفْصَفاً
[Ta-Ha: 105-106] (And He will leave it) meaning: the earth
You will not see therein a depression or an elevation."لا تَرَى فِيهَا عِوَجاً وَلا أَمْتاً
[Ta-Ha: 107] .
