[The Method of Reconciling the Hadith: (The one who performs cupping and the one who is cupped have broken their fast) and the hadith: (That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) underwent cupping while fasting)

As is known in the science of terminology, one of the conditions for identifying the abrogating and the abrogated is knowledge of the chronology. So, among the hadiths reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is the hadith of Shaddad (may Allah be pleased with him): (The one who performs cupping and the one who is cupped have broken their fast) during the 'Umrah of the Conquest. Is it not abrogated by the hadith of Ibn 'Abbas regarding what is authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he underwent cupping while in the state of ihram during the Farewell Pilgrimage?
This is possible because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) did not travel in Ramadan except in the Battle of the Conquest, and he did not fast. And Imam al-Islam (may Allah have mercy on him) has a treatise called: The reality of fasting clarifies this ruling with the most complete explanation, so refer to it.

Then, in reality, it is in the interest of the person that we say: He breaks his fast by cupping;Because if we say: He breaks his fast by cupping, and it follows from that that cupping is forbidden in obligatory fasting except out of dire necessity. So, if he is compelled to it and undergoes cupping, it is in his interest that we say to him: You have broken your fast, so eat and drink until you regain the strength of your body. So, in reality, it is from the wisdom of Allah (Mighty and Majestic)—I mean the ruling that cupping breaks the fast is from the wisdom of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and His mercy to the fasting person. If we said: Do not break your fast, then undergo cupping, then your body weakens and collapses, and we say: You remain until the sun sets!
