The texts a student of knowledge memorizes after memorizing the Qur'an

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
If a student of knowledge has finished memorizing the Qur'an, should he start with the two Sahihs or start with the texts? The Shaykh: Texts of what? The questioner: Such as the Three Fundamental Principles, the Core of the Rules, and others.

The Shaykh: By Allah, I see that he should focus on the books of the Sunnah from the books compiled on this. As for the two Sahihs, yes, there is no doubt that they are important, but as you know, there are hadiths in the two Sahihs that people do not need much, such as those on transactions, agriculture, and others. So let him memorize, for example, Bulugh al-Maram after that, or the Core of the Rules, and then after this, he moves on to tawhid (the oneness of Allah), 'aqidah, and the fiqh texts.
