Continuation: Is there any advice for the sponsors of foreign workers regarding their oppression of them and taking their rights?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : If you delay in paying his right, the work may not be done properly or with sincerity, and he will take a bad reputation from you and from the country in general. This is a sin against yourself and against others. Moreover, does delaying mean that the right is dropped? No, the right must remain. If the worker does not receive it in this world, he will receive it on the Day of Resurrection from the good deeds.
Furthermore, you do not know; perhaps one day you will be the worker in the country of this worker. That is, your need may compel you to go to a country to be a worker and earn a livelihood, as is known in our country. First, the people of the country used to migrate to Sham, Iraq, and Egypt in order to earn a livelihood.
So my advice to these sponsors is to fear Allah the Mighty and Majestic in those whom Allah has placed under their care, and to fulfill the covenant with them in the best manner possible. Also, the workers should fear Allah the Mighty and Majestic, and be sincere and give good advice in their work, so that they fulfill what is their duty, just as they have the right to what is theirs.
