Is it permissible for a woman's guardian to throw the pebbles on her behalf, specifically the Jamrat al-Aqabah, due to the heavy crowd?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for a woman's guardian to throw the pebbles on her behalf, specifically the Jamrat al-Aqabah, due to the heavy crowd?

The Shaykh : The Jamrat al-Aqabah has a crowd on the first day, but the crowd decreases significantly in the late afternoon, and it decreases even more at night. So if she is able to walk, let her delay the throwing until the crowd thins out. However, the thing that involves hardship is the twelfth day, for those who wish to hasten their departure. There is no doubt that there is hardship on that day, and deaths occur. Therefore, I see that whoever wishes to hasten and has women with him should rely on Allah for them and let them remain in the tent, so that they do not expose themselves to destruction. And as you see, many people do not show mercy to anyone; they want to finish their business and do not care about anyone. You will find, what Allah willed, large-bodied people who, meaning, do not care about anyone except what Allah willed. In any case, on the twelfth day, if the world remains like this with such crowds as we observe, and a person wishes to hasten, let him rely on Allah for the women and throw the pebbles on their behalf. Yes.

The Shaykh : Be patient, be patient. People of Hail, do you have a question?
The student: Yes, many questions.

The Shaykh : You have 20 percent. May Allah bless you. But we have not reached 100 percent, meaning you have 2 out of 10. Please, please. Perhaps you have questions that we have here.
The student :
