Is it permissible to appoint a proxy for a woman to perform the stoning due to the crowd, and when does the time for stoning the Jamrat al-Aqabah end?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good, O honorable Shaykh: Is it permissible to appoint a proxy for a woman to perform the stoning of the pillars and the Tawaf al-Ifadah due to the crowd? And when is the time for the Jamrat al-Aqabah?

The Shaykh : Regarding the crowd, I actually told you: it is possible that if a person waits, the crowd will disperse. But sometimes a person cannot delay and perform the stoning immediately after the sun passes its zenith on the twelfth day. On this day, I see that he should take a proxy from the woman, because a woman, no matter who she is, even if she is young, cannot manage in such a crowd. Then how can we say that a person performs the stoning while not knowing whether he will die or live, with his heart disturbed? And in the authentic hadith:
There is no prayer لا صلاة
with what?
In the presence of food بحضرة طعام
Because the heart is disturbed and the stoning is an act of worship. So I see that on the twelfth day, for those who hastened and did not delay until the afternoon, he should take the pebbles of all the women with him and perform the stoning for them. Because we witnessed a terrible matter: the women are exhausted greatly, and their strength is less than that of men. Perhaps her cloak falls off, she tries to pick it up, and people trample on it. Last year, a man’s belongings fell near the pillar, so he bent down to pick them up, and the people trampled on him, and those behind him fell on him until he died. Twelve men died. The matter is not easy, and you know that the oppression of people today is such that they have no faith, no conscience, and not even a common language. The languages are different; perhaps a person will crowd you, and you shout, "Move away from me, save me," and he thinks you are insulting him, so he increases the pressure on you. This is true if they do not know the language. Yes.

The questioner : The stoning of the Jamrat al-Aqabah, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh : The Jamrat al-Aqabah is until the dawn of the eleventh day, until the dawn of the eleventh day. If it passes you, if the dawn breaks and you have not performed the stoning, some scholars say: delay it until after the sun passes its zenith, and some say: perform it even in the late morning, because this is making up a missed act, not performing it in its proper time. Yes.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : There is only one question, yes.
