Is organized collective work for the sake of coordination, not for the sake of factionalism, permissible?

The questioner : All right, that means there is one more thing remaining.
The Shaykh: Yes.
The questioner : The issue of organized or coordinated collective work, where it is not an error or something of the sort, but rather it is collective work such that there is a kind of coordination in the matter?
The Shaykh : As for collective work, my brother, no one denies it; because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan an-Nasa'i 4020Sahih (Darussalam). But the truth, my brother, is that those who gather today for organized work, and call it organization, most of them do not understand, most of them do not know the rulings of the Shari'ah. So they do not distinguish between the Sunnah and religious innovation, between the obligatory and the recommended, and so on. So not every gathering should be said to be prescribed, and not every organization should be said to be prescribed. You know today that many organizations are established to bring about revolutionary or military uprisings against the rulers, whether these rulers are close to or far from Islam. This is an organization, but it has a strong connection to rebellion, which is of the nature of the Khawarij, both in the past and in the present. Therefore, as for organization in the sense of being an organization, no one denies it. But the organization that is based on what contradicts the Shari'ah, such as what I mentioned earlier of revolutions, uprisings, and so on, this is not permissible in the religion of Islam. And those who truly want reform, they only proceed from the two points that I dwelt on recently, and you were present in body and mind, namely, as I said earlier: purification and education. Where are those who purify Islam from what has entered it, as we said yesterday as well, in matters of creed, rulings, behavior, morals, innovations, Sufism, and the like? Where are they? And where are the hundreds, and I do not say thousands or millions, who educate with the correct Islamic education, and upon the purified Islam? Is that clear?
The questioner : Yes, it is clear, if Allah wills.
The Shaykh : Yes, may Allah reward you with good.
The Shaykh: Yes.

the Hand of Allah is with the Jama'ah

The Shaykh : Yes, may Allah reward you with good.
