The Recommended Movement.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The recommended movement is that upon which a recommended act depends; this is the criterion for it.
Any movement upon which a recommended act depends is itself recommended.
For example: if a person moves forward to the row in front of him when a gap opens up, is that clear?
If the row in front of you opens up, you move forward to it.
This is a recommended practice (sunnah), because it involves completing the row, filling the gap, and moving to the superior position.
Likewise, if one part of the row is closer to another, you move closer to the row, and we consider this movement recommended, because a recommended act depends on it.
