Is it permissible for a man to study in a coeducational university, given that the student has a role in performing da'wah (calling to Islam) there, and given that the women are in a state of severe tabarruj (immodest display)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for a man to study in a university where men and women mix in the same classroom, given that the student has a role in calling people to Allah in this coeducational university?
Please inform us with a detailed explanation, and in addition, the women are in a state of severe tabarruj (immodest display)?

The Shaykh : What I see is that it is not permissible for a person, whether male or female, to study in coeducational schools, because of the great danger it poses to his chastity, his integrity, and his morals.
Indeed, no matter how much integrity, morals, and innocence a person has, if there is a woman next to him in the chair he is sitting in, especially if she is beautiful and immodestly dressed, he will hardly be safe from fitnah (trial) and evil.
And whatever leads to fitnah (trial) and evil is haram (forbidden) and not permissible.
We ask Allah the Exalted to protect our Muslim brothers from such matters that do not return to their youth except with evil, fitnah (trial), and corruption.
Even if he finds no other university, he should leave studying in another country where there is no such mixing.
I do not see this as permissible, and perhaps others see something else.
