Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible to eat the food of a bank employee?

The Shaykh : The bank employee and the one who wants to eat is his companion.

The questioner : His companion or ... .

The Shaykh : If he is fulfilling his duty of advising him and forbidding him from being an employee of the bank, and if that is the case and he constantly follows up with him through admonition, advice, and reminders, then it is permissible in order to create an atmosphere in which he will accept his advice. But if he is just making a show of friendliness with him and not advising him, [it is not permissible].

The questioner : A guest, meaning.

The Shaykh : It is not permissible.
