What are some of the supplications reported in prostration, and what is the best supplication?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If you would be so kind, O honorable Shaykh, to mention to me some of the supplications reported in prostration? And what is the best supplication?

The Shaykh : Yes. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
As for prostration, increase in it your supplication, for it is likely that it will be answered for you. أما السجود فأكثروا فيه من الدعاء فقمِن أن يُستجاب لكم
and he did not specify, but it is reported that a person may say: "Subhanaka Allahumma Rabbana wa bihamdika Allahumma ighfir li" (Glorified are You, O Allah, our Lord, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive me), and he may say: "Subhan Quddus Rabb al-Mala'ikah wa al-Ruh" (Glorified and Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit), for this is a remembrance that includes supplication. As for saying "Subhan Rabi al-A'la" (Glorified is my Lord, the Most High), that is a matter that is already fulfilled because it is obligatory. He should also supplicate by saying: "O Allah, You are the Pardoner and You love pardon, so pardon me," during the ten days of Ramadan, because A'ishah asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), saying: "O Messenger of Allah! What do you think if I encounter the Night of Decree, what should I say in it?" He said:
Say: O Allah, You are the Pardoner and You love to pardon, so pardon me. قولي: اللهم إنك عفو تحب العفو فاعف عني
Bulugh al-Maram 5:57
The door is open, and praise be to Allah, no one stands between you and your Lord. People's needs differ; this one needs a wife, this one needs offspring, this one needs wealth, this one needs a house, and this one needs a car. Every person supplicates for what he needs. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you and bless you, O honorable Shaykh.
