The meaning of the phrase "and those whose hearts are to be reconciled."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
and those whose hearts are to be reconciled والمؤلفة قلوبهم
The scholars said: "And the one whose heart is to be reconciled is given [charity] either to strengthen his faith, or to bring his counterpart to Islam, or to avert his harm from the Muslims". All of these are given from the zakah because they are among those whose hearts are to be reconciled. This concludes the four categories who are given zakah by way of ownership, either because of their need for it or because the zakah needs them, such as those who work on it.
