The questioner : Today, a woman wanted to ask you about divorce, but you were going out, so she asked Umm Abdullah to ask you: A man swore an oath regarding his wife, swearing that he would not sleep with her, and swearing that he would not share a plate of food with her. Is he divorced? And is she forbidden to him like his sister? She says, ask the guardian.The Shaykh : What should I do?

The Shaykh : Is this in one session or in multiple sessions?

The questioner : In one session.

The Shaykh : He must pay the expiation for an oath, and let him sleep with her and satisfy her.
