What is the ruling on the Shi'ah and the ruling on their slaughtered animals?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : As for the one among the Shi'ah whom you know to be, for example, one who says that this Qur'an which is in our hands is a quarter of the Qur'an, and the rest is the lost and missing Mus'haf of Fatimah, then he is without a doubt a disbeliever who has apostatized from his religion, because he denies what is known from the religion by necessity. But as for the one among the Shi'ah whom you know to be one who permits mut'ah, which is forbidden as it came in the authentic hadith until the Day of Resurrection, but unfortunately, some of the imams of the Sunnah used to say that mut'ah is permissible, whether it is mut'ah of marriage or mut'ah of Hajj, and both of them have been prohibited authentically. Excuse me, regarding mut'ah of Hajj, the command for it came, and some of the Salaf prohibited it. Look, my brother, as for mut'ah of Hajj, the Lawgiver prohibited it, but the prohibition did not reach some of the imams, so they said it was permissible. Therefore, we do not declare the Shi'ah disbelievers in general because they permit mut'ah, and this permission is without a doubt part of their misguidance. But the question now is: are they declared disbelievers for it or not? The answer is no, except after the proof is established. In summary: If the Shi'ah among you declare something of explicit disbelief, then it is without a doubt not permissible to eat their slaughtered animals. Otherwise, it is permissible until the truth becomes clear to you.
