Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And he said: And from Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say in the year of the Conquest while he was in Makkah:
Allah has forbidden the sale of wine إنَّ الله حرَّم بيع الخمر
Sunan Abi Dawud 3486Sahih (Al-Albani)
to the end of it.
This hadith falls under the author's statement: "and what is forbidden". So, in the author's words or in the author's context for the hadiths, is there a disordered or ordered interweaving between the text and the heading? No, it is not ordered, because he began with the conditions, and then mentioned what is forbidden, but he began with what is forbidden, unless someone claims that his statement:
Every sale that is valid كل بيع مبرور
includes the conditions in a general sense, because we said: what conforms to the Shari'ah and contains truth and clarity. If that is the case, then the order is ordered.
