The Shaykh’s summary of the preceding response.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : This is what I intended to remove the doubt regarding this hadith from two paths. The first path is returning to the cause of this hadith, which confirms that there is no religious innovation there. It is not permissible for the Messenger to say, on the occasion of a charity, that it is not an innovation.
He who sets a good precedent in Islam من سن في الإسلام سنة حسنة
Sahih Muslim 1017a
This is a statement that refutes itself. As I said earlier, a non-Arab would be ashamed to say such a meaning, so how could the Master of those who speak the Arabic tongue utter it? This is sufficient, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
If there is room for some questions, there is no harm.

The questioner : In ten minutes, if Allah wills. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow their path and adhere to their way until the Day of Judgment, and may He send abundant peace. As for what follows, may Allah reward our Shaykh with the best reward for the benefit he has provided to the students of knowledge. We begin with the observations and questions.
As for the first sheet that reached us, and we begin with it, the one who reads the questions says: "Fear Allah first in presenting the questions. Prioritize the most important, then the most important. Do not read well-known or disputed questions, but read questions that are not well-known to many people." May Allah reward you with good. Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has given every person a limited capacity, and the Shaykh’s capacity and time are also limited. So we choose from the questions what is important for everyone, if Allah wills. We leave the repeated ones. Also, if you have a question that is known to you, it may be unknown to another, so excuse us. May Allah reward you with good, and do not blame us for any shortcoming.
