The Shaykh’s remarks on what is better for a woman: to pray in her home or in the mosque if there is a lesson from which she can benefit?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The wives of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) were, without doubt, the first to rush to adopt the matters concerning the recommended acts of worship. If the wives of the Messenger and the mothers of the believers were praying in the mosques, that was only because they were hearing in the mosque a sermon from which they benefited, which they might not find in their homes. In this case, it is better for the woman to pray in the mosque. Why?
If a woman goes out to the mosque solely to perform the prayer in congregation, her prayer in her home alone is better for her than praying in the mosque with the congregation. However, if she goes out to the mosque to hear a sermon or attend a lesson, then it is preferable for her to pray in the mosque with the Muslim congregation so that she can attend the remembrance, the sermon, and the lesson. And ... there is a long jurisprudential discussion here, but it seems there are many questions and time is short, so we will suffice with this much.

The questioner : We will continue, if Allah wills, after the Maghrib prayer.
