Advice the Shaykh gave to the Tabligh Jama'ah to focus on knowing the correct creed due to its importance

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : I want the Tabligh Jama'ah to be saturated with these studies, from their elders to their juniors, because this is related to the creed. Everything other than the creed is easy, as Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills إن الله لا يغفر أن يشرك به ويغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء
[An-Nisa 4:48]
If we suppose a person is the most worshipful of people, the most God-fearing of people, but his creed is ruined and barren, it will not benefit him at all. And this one who killed ninety souls and died testifying that there is no god but Allah is better than that one by thousands of times.
It is not just the Tabligh Jama'ah; the masses of Muslims are lost regarding these creeds. But who is held accountable? The one who declares the banner of da'wah is held accountable. And not here in Europe and America, but to what are they calling? By Allah, what can I say? By Allah, I do not know. Glory be to Allah, it is a creed.
Now, "La ilaha illa Allah" means in the Arabic language that the Arabs understood, and then some of them disbelieved in it: "There is no deity worthy of worship in existence except Allah". Most people, even in some printed letters, have written: "There is no deity except Allah". This is disbelief.

The questioner : There is no deity worthy of worship.

The Shaykh : Yes, "There is no deity worthy of worship in existence except Allah". "There is no deity except Allah" is disbelief because the objects of worship are very numerous. The objects of worship that are worshipped besides Allah are many in reality, but all of these are invalid except the worship of Allah alone, who has no partner. So if we say that some Muslims understood this correct meaning, that "La ilaha illa Allah" means "There is no deity worthy of worship in existence except Allah", this is a correct meaning, and this is what saves the Muslim from shirk (associating partners with Allah) with Allah (Mighty and Majestic). But is everyone who understood this correct understanding a believer in it, not negating it by an action? How many negators are there! You find someone who says: "La ilaha illa Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah", yet he worships other than Allah. Why does he worship other than Allah? Because he does not understand what worship is. And so I keep repeating and lamenting that this Tabligh Jama'ah is ignoring all these studies. Why? Not as individuals, but the leadership is imposing on the group to stay away from these issues.
