This requires preparation, and the greatest preparation is education in the correct Islam, and uniting and gathering upon it, then material preparation to fight the enemies of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). This is what is said briefly on this matter, and much has been said about it. It is an individual obligation, and there is no doubt in that.
The student : Will the presence of the Jews in Palestine remain until...?

The Shaykh : No, and praise be to Allah. It has been established in some authentic hadiths: This is a decisive text that the Jews will not be in Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem) at that time, as is their current situation. So our hope in Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is that the Muslims will return to their sanity and their unity, and direct themselves to expel their enemy from their lands. Then, after that, Allah will create what you know, until the time comes for the descent of 'Isa (peace be upon him). This is not in this time; this is in the time of 'Isa (peace be upon him). These are glad tidings that the Jews will not settle in Bayt al-Maqdis until 'Isa (peace be upon him) descends.
