What is the ruling on toys and dolls manufactured in factories?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Another questioner : Shaykh (may Allah preserve you), regarding toys made of plastic machines that are sold in the markets, do they fall under the hadith of A'ishah?

The Shaykh: No.

The questioner : Do they not fall under it?

The Shaykh : Absolutely not, these are forbidden.

The questioner : They are three-dimensional.

The Shaykh : Three-dimensional, made by the disbelievers, and they carry within them their morals, their licentiousness, and their display of adornment. They transmit that to our homes by way of contagion, and this is not permissible, of course. This is the first point. And then, the toys that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted were locally made, homemade.

The questioner : Homemade.

The Shaykh : I do not mean anything other than homemade, from my home.

The questioner : And they do not have these precise details of the eyes and the nose.

The Shaykh : And the short clothing and the blond wigs.
