What is the ruling on teaching Islamic sciences to girls if the teacher is a married, pious man, provided there is no barrier between them, with evidence, and is

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Teaching Islamic sciences to girls, on the condition that the teacher is married and pious, without a barrier between them. As for the evidence for this from the Book and the Sunnah... that is if one of the Salaf (may Allah be pleased with them) did it.

The Shaykh : Our Salaf is the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), who set aside a specific day for women to teach them the matters of their religion, and we have no other evidence beyond that. For this reason, we stipulated that this teacher must be married, religious, pious, and scrupulous, and I do not know... that I stipulate another condition, although it was mentioned in the question that he should also, meaning, not be a young man even if he is married, but rather an old man. It is sufficient for you from me that you do not hear the word "old man" a second time; it is sufficient that he be an old man, meaning elderly. The purpose of this is very clear, which is to place barriers and block the means between this teacher, who is afflicted with teaching women, and his being tempted by them or his tempting them in other matters. This is it, and we have nothing more than this.
