So this would be a legal policy that is not permissible to apply to all people. Rather, the opposite: we must impose the general Islamic system on people, and then the specific rulings differ from person to person. And this is what I hinted at earlier when I said: The system for the Zuhr prayer and the five prayers in the mosques must be maintained except for a sudden excuse.
