The Shaykh Al-Albani Encourages Turkish Professors to Learn the Arabic Language

The Shaykh : I have nothing major to offer or present on the occasion of this address, except that I am drawing your attention to what is not hidden from you: that the Islamic sciences, despite the differences in schools, faculties, and institutes that you have named many of, cannot be accessed correctly except through the Arabic language. This is because you know that this language is the language of the Noble Qur'an, which is the constitution of all Muslims, no matter how their races differ and how their ... vary. This is on one hand. On the other hand, I have noticed your interest in visiting the exhibitions where various books from different Islamic countries are displayed, especially the Arab countries, and that you benefit from them and take much good back to your country. But I hope, and may it be soon, that you yourselves will be among those who supply these exhibitions with your books and with the Arabic language in which you will publish your books, until it becomes, with the passage of time, the official language of the people, as they say these days. I think this is understood by the honorable professor. This is all I have by way of suggestion that came to mind.
