Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : The earrings and the ring, all of this group is combined, and if it reaches the nisab, zakah becomes obligatory.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : What is the wealth? What wealth do you mean in your statement?

The questioner : Paper

The Shaykh : We have told you a hundred times: what is the value of paper? Its value does not equal that of gold.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : Yes, I mean hiring him?

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : The answer: It is permissible or it is not permissible.

The questioner : The details

The Shaykh : The details... I say: Praise be to Allah. If his teacher employs him, knowing that he does not pray, with the intention of following up on him and ordering him to pray, considering that he is responsible for him religiously,
You are all shepherds كلكم راع
If the employer hires the negligent, sinful worker with the intention of taking care of him, educating him, and ordering him to pray, then he has two rewards: a worldly reward for hiring him, and an hereafter reward for advising him.
But if he hires him for immediate profit, it is not permissible because he is neglecting his religious responsibility. And if he does not take care of him, then no, this responsibility in this situation means that the believer should pray, even if he is less capable or strong or working, for this all stems from the nature of the situation, derived from the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect. ومن يتق الله يجعل له مخرجًا * ويرزقه من حيث لا يحتسب
[At-Talaq 65:2-3]
This is my answer.
