Does the discharge of fluid from a woman invalidate her wudu' and ghusl?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Some women have a fluid that comes out of their private parts, so does thisThe questioner : invalidate their wudu' or not, or does it obligate ghusl for them, knowing that this comes out while awake and is not a wet dream?

The Shaykh : ThisThe questioner : is unanimously agreed not to obligate ghusl, and the stronger opinion is that it does not obligate wudu' because there is no evidence in the Book or in the Sunnah that thisThe questioner : which is known among women comes out of them in a natural state invalidates wudu'. So if she is in a state of wudu', she prays, and if she is praying, she continues her prayer, even if she sees something of thisThe questioner : , is that clear?

The questioner : It is clear, but there is a question

The Shaykh : Please go ahead.

The questioner : Within this question, is this not considered among what comes out of the two passages?

The Shaykh : Yes, but we must know that what is mentioned in some books of fiqh, regarding the invalidators of wudu' that everything that comes out of one of the two passages invalidates it, this general rule has no basis in Islam whatsoever, do you understand? And from here comes the misconception that everything that comes out of the two passages is an invalidator. This is the opinion of some scholars, but there is the Imam of the city of migration, Imam Malik ibn Anas (may Allah have mercy on him), who says if a stone or a worm comes out of a person's rear, that does not invalidate wudu', and this is something that comes out of one of the two passages. Likewise, if something of that sort, a worm or the like, comes out of the front, it does not invalidate wudu', because the invalidator must be taken from the Qur'an or from the Sunnah. This is contrary to the Qur'an. His saying, the Exalted,
or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself أو جاء أحد منكم من الغائط
[An-Nisa 4:43]
does not mean everything that comes out of the rear, but it means urine and feces. What is it?
The Sunnah provides us with many clarifications in many of the rulings of the Shari'ah, so we must adhere to them just as we must adhere to the Noble Qur'an. So in the Sunnah, for example, it is established that madhi and wadi are among the invalidators of wudu', and likewise the meat of camels is among the invalidators of wudu'. These are things that are taken because the text came with them. As for us expanding with analogies from our own minds and saying
or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself أو جاء أحد منكم من الغائط
[An-Nisa 4:43]
, well, but if a worm comes out of it, then it is naturally contaminated with feces. Yes, but Allah, as it came in some narrations,
and He has remained silent about some things out of mercy for you, so do not ask about them وسكت عن أشياء رحمة بكم فلا تسألوا عنها
, so our Lord, Mighty and Majestic, if He had wanted to make things difficult for us, and if Allah had willed, He would have made things difficult for you, as in the Noble Qur'an, but He said "everything that comes out of the two passages," what is this phrase? Concise, but there is nothing of this, neither in the Book nor in the Sunnah. Therefore, do not be troubled by the fact that what you asked about comes out of one of the two passages, ... we say this is true, but as we said, there is no evidence for this general rule, in its entirety.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : And you, if Allah wills.

The questioner : The last question, even if we take up your time, our Shaykh.

The Shaykh: Go ahead.
