Does kissing one's wife invalidate the ablution?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling for a man who kisses his wife while in a state of ritual purity and intends to pray?

Answer:
He owes nothing. If he kisses his wife and nothing comes out of him, his ablution is valid, according to the correct view.
Some scholars held that kissing her invalidates the ablution, and some of them said: mere touching invalidates the ablution.
The correct view is that it does not invalidate the ablution, according to the most probable of the scholars' opinions: that touching a woman or kissing her does not invalidate the ablution, provided nothing comes out of him, neither pre-seminal fluid nor anything else.
