The Shaykh's words before the answer.

The Shaykh : Praise is to Allah; we praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our own souls and from the badness of our deeds. Whom Allah guides, none can mislead, and whom He leaves to mislead, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no deity but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger. [Ali 'Imran 3:102] [An-Nisa 4:1] [Al-Ahzab 33:70-71] As for what follows, the best of speech is the speech of Allah, the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and the worst of matters are their innovations. Every innovation is a misguidance, every misguidance is in the Fire. I thank my dear brother for the praise he has bestowed upon me, which I do not deserve. However, I follow the etiquette of the first of the Companions and the greatest of the truthful, Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him), who, when people would praise him and speak well of him, would say: "O Allah, do not hold me accountable for what they say, forgive me for what they do not know, and make me better than what they think." After this, I say: This meeting of ours was supposed to have taken place a long time ago. But as we all know, we, the people of the Sunnah, believe in the divine decree and destiny of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). We had planned for a long time to visit our brothers, whom we are bound to by the bond of the Book and the Sunnah, in this blessed land. We had been planning for a long time, but the decree and destiny of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), His will and His intention, stood between us and the execution of that plan. As I mentioned earlier, this is part of the creed of the people of the Sunnah: [At-Takwir 81:29] And now, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) has willed that we visit you, meet with you, and cooperate in knowing what may concern you regarding your religion and the Sunnah of your Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). As you know from the many hadiths that encourage the Muslim to seek knowledge, among them is his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): Sahih Muslim 2699a So we ask Allah (Mighty and Majestic) to make us among those who gather to recite the Book of Allah and study it in the manner in which He who revealed it taught it. Our Lord (Blessed and Exalted is He) said: [An-Nahl 16:44] Perhaps at least some of you know that we are coming to you from Al-Aqabah and that we are traveling tonight. We had agreed with our brother who invited us to meet with you for a time between an hour and a half and two hours. It is now seven o'clock minus a quarter by Western time, so we will be with you until at most nine o'clock, which is as we agreed, between an hour and a half and two hours. Now, we are giving you an extra quarter of an hour beyond the two hours. Perhaps this is in the category of "the first of the rain is a drop, then it pours," meaning we hope that this first meeting will be the opening of meetings that will follow this first one, and may that be soon. In my usual custom, I begin answering questions with a word suitable for the occasion. But since the time is first limited, and we will not be able to meet with you another night as we did with others, I decided to make this session exclusively for receiving the questions that concern each of you. I draw your attention to the necessity of choosing the most important questions, as the learned poet said: "Knowledge, if you seek it, is much, and life is short for acquiring it, so prioritize the most important of it, then the next most important."
O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].
O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed Allah is ever, over you, an Observer.
(70) O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice. (71) He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment.
And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds.
و ما تشاؤون إلا أن يشاء الله رب العالمينand those persons who assemble in the house among the houses of Allah (mosques) and recite the Book of Allah and they learn and teach the Qur'an (among themselves) there would descend upon them tranquility and mercy would cover them and the angels would surround them and Allah mentions them in the presence of those near Him
And We revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them
