Was the phrase "the path of the believers" mentioned in the verse mentioned in vain?

The Shaykh : As for the hadith of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), this is it. As for the Qur'an, He who is Exalted in saying said: [An-Nisa 4:115]. Here you see with me that Allah, Mighty and Majestic, mentioned in this verse the path of the believers after He mentioned the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), so He said: [An-Nisa 4:115]. Do you see if the verse were to omit the phrase "the path of the believers," if it were a condensed context from this context, for example, "And whoever opposes the Messenger after the guidance has become clear to him, let him turn to what he has turned to, until the end of the verse," do you see if we would lose anything or not? In other words, in many cases, an explanatory and clarifying phrase comes. Is this phrase on the path of clarification for the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned in this verse from the Qur'an, or does it contain a benefit in addition to what the word "Messenger" (peace and blessings be upon him) contains? [An-Nisa 4:115] Why did Allah mention [An-Nisa 4:115]? Is it not sufficient for him that he opposed the Messenger? It is sufficient. But why did He mention [An-Nisa 4:115]? Here is the eloquence of the Qur'an, here is the inimitability of the Qur'an. He mentioned the path of the believers so that they would be a model for those who come after them, for people like us. So it is not permissible for us to come, for example, to a text in the Qur'an or in the hadith of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and interpret it ourselves with an interpretation that contradicts what the first believers before us followed. And the first believers before us, who are the intended ones in this verse of our Lord mentioned just now in the Qur'an, are none other than those who are attested to as the best in His saying (peace and blessings be upon him), which is authentic, indeed mass-transmitted in authenticity, from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): Sahih al-Bukhari 3651. These are the ones who were praised by the tongue of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). As for those after them, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) says in some authentic narrations: [Muhammad 47:12]. So the Muslims mentioned in the verse are the Muslim Companions, the Followers, and those who follow them. Why? Because they were close in time to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so his Companions received the Qur'an fresh and green as it was revealed, without anything being changed or altered from it in terms of its meaning. As for its wording, there is no alteration or change, because Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says: [Al-Hijr 15:9]. And if there are, unfortunately, some Islamic sects that say that the Qur'an that exists now in the hands of Muslims is a part of the Mushaf of Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), where they claim that the Mushaf of Fatimah was lost and what remains for us is a quarter, they have lied. Rather, the Qur'an, as Allah revealed it to the heart of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), is in the hands of Muslims today. But unfortunately, at the time when Muslims pronounce it as it was revealed, they distort, change, and alter its meanings. And so, in order to be certain of the correctness of the meaning, as we are certain of the correctness of the structure, that is, the divine speech, what is the way to reach the knowledge of the correct meaning? It is returning to what the first Muslims, the generations attested to as the best, were upon, and they are referred to by a single word, which is the Salaf, and the righteous Salaf. This is what our Lord, Mighty and Majestic, indicated in the verse: [An-Nisa 4:115]. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) clarified it in the hadith of the sects when he said: Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2527Hasan (Darussalam). In another narration, which clarifies first the verse and secondly the community mentioned in the first narration, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the saved sect: Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2641Da'if (Darussalam) Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2641Da'if (Darussalam). He (peace and blessings be upon him) did not say "only what I am upon," but rather, for the wisdom I mentioned in the verse, he added "and my Companions." Why? Because there is no way for us to know what our Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) was upon except through the path of the Companions. And from here, the misguidance of some of the old sects, whose tails still exist, and some of the modern sects that attack some of the Companions of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) becomes apparent. Many of these, or few, the important thing is that those who attack some of the Companions, or many of them, are nullifying the indication of this noble Prophetic text, which is: Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2641Da'if (Darussalam). And so we find that they do not care about knowing what the Companions were upon, but rather they direct their understandings and minds, if not their desires, in interpreting the Qur'an, let alone the hadiths of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), with their desires and misguidance. I do not want to give you old examples except one example, and then I will return to giving modern examples from our reality today, because this reality is what concerns the groups existing today on the land of Islam. It was found in some of the deviant sects from the Book and the Sunnah, who interpreted the Qur'an with their desires, like the Rafidah, for example, who interpret His saying, the Exalted, although the verse is related to what happened with the Children of Israel in their disobedience to their Prophet Moses (peace be upon him). Our Lord, Mighty and Majestic, said in the Qur'an: [Al-Baqarah 2:67]. They said "a cow," meaning Aisha. This is hardly believable due to the distance of the misguidance in this interpretation. The verse is related to the Children of Israel, and they turned it to the Mother of the Believers, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), and they said that Allah commands you to slaughter a cow, meaning Aisha. Why? Because they accuse her of her honor and believe the people of the slander who spread the lie of fornication about her, even though Allah, Mighty and Majestic, purified her from that. This is an old example, and it has many, many models. And as I said just now, I do not want to multiply these examples, so whoever among you wishes to expand, let him refer to the book "Al-Kafi" by al-Kulayni. He will find there the amazing things of distorting words from their places. But what I want now is some of the examples that exist now among the Islamic sects, or at least among some of them.
And whoever opposes the Messenger after guidance has become clear to him and follows other than the way of the believers - We will give him what he has taken and drive him into Hell, and evil it is as a destination.
