The ruling on the congregation racing the imam in saying "Ameen"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : If Allah wills, one of the common violations in all Islamic countries, from which your country, Saudi Arabia, was supposed to be safe, because there are, praise be to Allah, many callers to the Book and the Sunnah in it, unlike other Islamic countries, is the congregation racing their imams in saying "Ameen." Perhaps you have noticed yourselves in this prayer, where you preceded me with "Ameen," meaning you do not give your imam room to breathe, at least. As you know, it is from the Sunnah that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), as came in the hadith of Umm Salama, used to break up the Qur'an verse by verse. She exemplified with al-Fatihah, saying: "In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy"
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds - الحمدلله رب العالمين الرحمن الرحيم
[Al-Fatihah 1:2]
to its end. And there is no doubt that the conclusion of al-Fatihah is
not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray. غير المغضوب عليهم ولا الضالين
[Al-Fatihah 1:7]
and that "Ameen" is not part of al-Fatihah. So it is necessary for every imam, when he finishes reading al-Fatihah with his saying
nor those who go astray ولا الضالين
, to take a breath, and then say "Ameen." And while he is taking that breath, the people behind him have started with "Ameen," and the one who said "they have finished" is truthful. So may Allah reward you, you are transmitting this Sunnah, which is known to you in terms of knowledge, but not known to you in terms of upbringing. We return to purification and upbringing. Perhaps, if Allah wills, you will transmit this Sunnah and apply it. When your imam leads you, you are patient with him until he takes a breath. He takes a breath after
nor those who go astray ولا الضالين
, and when you hear him start with "Ameen," you start with "Ameen" after him. And by doing so, you realize two things in the hadith that came regarding this matter. The first is obedience to his command (peace and blessings be upon him), which is not permissible to contradict by the explicit text of the Qur'an. The second is that we will be granted the forgiveness of Allah as a reward for our obedience to the command of His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). That is His saying, as came in the two Sahihs from the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When the Imam says Amin, say Amin, for if anyone’s utterance of Amin synchronnises with that of the angles, he will be forgiven his past sins. إذا أمن الإمام فأمنوا فإنه من وافق تأمينه تأمين الملائكة غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه
Sunan Abi Dawud 936Sahih (Al-Albani)
This is a very great reward. I say, on this occasion, if one of us lived the lifespan of Noah (peace be upon him), a thousand years and more, I say a thousand years and more, his lifespan among his people was a thousand years except fifty years. If one of us lived a thousand years just to be granted the forgiveness of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), the price would be a cheap, modest one. So what about the fact that the matter does not cost us except to rein in our souls, not to race our imam, and to remember his recitation? When he finishes
nor those who go astray ولا الضالين
, he takes a breath, then starts saying "Ameen," so we say "Ameen" with him, and we have earned this forgiveness from Allah (Mighty and Majestic). So the matter is very important. First, we do not contradict the command of the Messenger. Second, if we do not contradict the command of the Messenger, we are granted the forgiveness of the Lord of the Worlds (Blessed and Exalted is He)... which is practically abandoned, because I have traveled to many countries, and unfortunately, I found it completely dead. All people contradict this hadith in all the countries I have traveled to. So the reward of the caller to reviving this Sunnah is, in reality, a very vast reward, which no one knows except Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Perhaps, if Allah wills, as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Let the one who is present convey to the one who is absent ليبلغ الشاهد الغائب
.

The questioner : The imam guides the people when he leads them. If he says "stand in rows and be straight," he clarifies this matter to them.

The Shaykh : It is a good thing, and this reminds me that in some of my trips
