This is very rare, also for the reason I mentioned earlier regarding the intensity of the crowd. If it is possible for him to kiss the Black Stone without harming any of the Muslims by crowding them, that is part of the completion of the recommended practice. As 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said in what is authentic from him:
I know that you are only a stone and you can neither cause harm nor bring benefit. Had I not seen the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) kissing you, I would not have kissed you. إني لأعلم أنك حجر لا تضر ولا تنفع ولولا أني رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يقبلك ما قبلتك
