A student speaks about Afghanistan and what is happening there regarding the deviation from the methodology of the people of the Sunnah and the community and the revival of the methodology of declaring people disbelievers.

The questioner : All praise is due to Allah; we praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our own souls and the badness of our deeds. Whoever Allah guides has no one to mislead him, and whoever He leaves to mislead has no one to guide him. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger. As for what follows, it is not hidden from you, O Shaykh, the Afghan scene, which is full of groups and misguided sects that have been able, unfortunately, to spread their ideas, which deviate from the methodology of the righteous predecessors, among our Salafi youth who were striving in Afghanistan. Among these ideas is declaring rulers disbelievers and reviving abandoned practices, such as assassinations, as they claim. Now, after the Salafi youth returned to their countries, they have begun to spread and disseminate these views and doubts among us.
