Unfortunately, we are not at war with the disbelievers, but the disbelievers are at war with us. It is a philosophical distinction, but the intent is understood. They are fighting us, and we have no capacity to fight them. If we were fighting them, we would have used this means at that time, because it aligns perfectly with his saying (peace be upon him) But where is the war?
