The questioner : A woman asks: My husband bought an apartment and it became his property, and he will furnish it to be a house for us to live in, since we do not have a house yet. Will this apartment be a right for me and not enter into the inheritance? And if he wants to write it in my name during his lifetime, is there anything wrong with that? And likewise, the furniture he will put in it, will it be a right among my rights?

The Shaykh : This is a government matter, may Allah reward you. Go to the judge. Give us another question.
