The Fifth Benefit: Warning a person against actions or words that may lead to disbelief.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Among its benefits is warning a person against actions or words that may be hidden from him, yet could be the cause of his disbelief and shirk (associating partners with Allah) while he is unaware, based on his saying:
lest your deeds become worthless while you perceive not. أن تحبط أعمالكم وأنتم لا تشعرون
[Al-Hujurat 49:2]
And deeds are not nullified except by disbelief, based on the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever - for those, their deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire, they will abide therein eternally. ومن يرتدد منكم عن دينه فيمت وهو كافر فأولئك حبطت أعمالهم في الدنيا والآخرة وأولئك أصحاب النار هم فيها خالدون
[Al-Baqarah 2:217]
Now, let us return to the remaining questions. I think it is time for questions now, although I have a topic I would like to discuss, which is the topic of things that break the fast, because yesterday we spoke about the conditions of fasting.
The conditions of things that break the fast. Do you wish for us to discuss it tonight, or should we take the questions and complete them next night, if Allah wills?
