A questioner says: What is the ruling on a female school employee refusing a task assigned to her by her direct supervisor, given that this task is assigned to her and to other colleagues related to the nature of her work, such as examination work if she is a teacher, or administrative work that organizes operations to serve the public interest, and is refused by some administrative staff, knowing that it is within her capacity, does not require specialization, and she has surplus time? What is the ruling on this?
