Is it obligatory to recite the supplication for entering the home every time one enters?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding the supplication for entering the home, is it obligatory to recite it every time one enters the home? For example, when I go to perform the obligatory prayer in the mosque and then return to the home a second time? Is it obligatory to recite the supplication every time I re-enter, or not? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and I send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
The supplication for entering the home is prescribed (mashru') every time a person enters his home, except if he left it with the intention of returning soon. For example, if he goes out of the house to a shop near the house to get a need and then returns, or if he goes out of the house to speak to a friend near the house with the intention of returning soon, as if he were at the door threshold or similar, then he does not need to recite the supplication for entering the home.
Let the questioner know that the supplication for entering the home is not obligatory, as is understood from the wording of his question, but it is among the recommended matters. However, some scholars have mentioned a statement regarding the hadith reported in this chapter.
