The Shaykh : If you did not repeat the stoning in a valid manner, you must slaughter a fidyah (ransom payment) in Makkah and distribute it to the poor there. This is what the scholars said regarding one who leaves an obligatory act, and stoning is among the obligatory acts, specifically among the obligations of Hajj.
