(Clarifying that the Sunnah explains the Qur'an) And thus one knows the summary of the Shari'ah that*** a person needs in every age, knowledge in detail and knowledge in summary*** its detail as well

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"The summary of the Shari'ah that*** a person needs in every age"
From the time of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) until the Day of Resurrection, and "person" here refers to the human species, he says:
"Knowledge in detail and knowledge in summary*** its detail as well by a second revelation"
Meaning, sometimes the Qur'an is detailed and sometimes it is summarized, or it is summarized and the Sunnah details it, the Sunnah details it. For example, His saying, the Exalted:
Give the zakah آتوا الزكاة
This is summarized, summarized; Allah, Mighty and Majestic, did not specify what is to be given, whether it is little or much, but the Sunnah specified it. And Allah, Mighty and Majestic, did not specify what is the item in which zakah becomes obligatory from the thresholds, but the Sunnah specified it. So the result is that the revelation, praise be to Allah, is complete with the Qur'an and the Sunnah, and it does not need anything else.
