Is this a hadith (If you are in prayer and your father calls you, answer him, and if your mother calls you, answer her), and what is its authenticity?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He is asking about the authenticity of this hadith: is it a hadith:
If you are in prayer and your father calls you, answer him, and if your mother calls you, answer her إذا كنت في صلاة فدعاك أبوك فأجبه، وإن دعتك أمك فأجبها
?

The Shaykh : This is not a hadith, but it is one of the rulings. If the person praying is called by his father or his mother, and he is in an obligatory prayer, it is not permissible for him to answer them with speech, or to put it more broadly, it is not permissible for him to answer them in a way that invalidates the prayer, because the obligatory prayer must be completed, except if he is compelled to do so to save them from destruction, in which case he must break the prayer and do what is required.
As for when the prayer is voluntary and his parents or one of them calls him, he should look at the situation: if he fears that if he does not answer them, something will be in their hearts, let him answer and then resume the prayer afterwards. And if he knows that his parents, if they know that he is praying, will not have anything in their hearts, let him do what makes it clear to them that he is in prayer so that they excuse him. For example, if his father or mother calls him while he is praying, he should cough or raise his voice in recitation so that his father or mother knows that he is in prayer and they are satisfied with that. But some parents are not satisfied with this, even if their son is in prayer; he wants him to answer him. In this case, as I said, he breaks his prayer and answers their call.
