When are the evening adhkar recited, and at what time? Are they before or after the Maghrib adhan?

The questioner : When are the evening adhkar recited, and at what time? Are they before the Maghrib adhan or after it? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : The evening adhkar are recited from the evening of the day and the beginning of the night, except for what is specified as being for the night, such as the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): It is restricted to what it was restricted to. Likewise, the morning adhkar begin from the appearance of the dawn until the beginning of the day after the sun rises, except for what is specified as being for the day, in which case it is restricted to that according to what the Sunnah has brought.
